I mistakenly used TurboTax to file my 2024 tax return as a resident, but I'm a nonresident alien(F1) and should not have used your service. I've since corrected my mistake by filing an amended return using Sprintax. I would really appreciate a refund for the fees I paid. No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
