I received an email saying my extension request was successfully filed. I need a copy to send in with my state extension request. How do I get a copy?

If you don't see an option to print your Form 4868 when you log into your account, click on Documents from the Tax Home page left navigation panel. You should see your 4868 listed in your documents.
