Question

I need to amend my return to add a 1041 K-1 recieved as the beneficiary of a trust. Where do I report this?

The form doesn't appear to be listed . As I understand it, it was for my portion of income gained by a trust between the time my mother passed away, and the assets were distributed to us as beneficiaries.

You need to upgrade to Online Premium to enter a K-1.  Or any of the Desktop Download programs.

 

To enter a K-1 go to

Federal Taxes Tab or Personal (Home & Business version)

Wages and Income

Then scroll way down to S-Corp, Partnerships and Trusts

Schedules K-1 - Click the Start or Update button
