i owe taxes from 2023 that i'm still paying, but i get a refund for the 2024 year, what will happen to my refund?

so if the IRS gets my 2024 refund to pay my balance from the 2023, what will happen to the also i turbo tax fees thats supposed to be deducted from my tax refund?

    If the IRS takes your refund or adjusts it, then Turbo Tax will take the fees out of your bank account.  You will receive about 4 emails asking for the fees.  If you don't pay they will debit your account.
