Question

I paid for 23 software but when you try to do amendment it's not letting me add supplies for my business how am I suppose to amend and add schedule c to my 23 taxes

Also, make sure you have purchased the correct version of the program if this is the first time you are using TurboTax.  For a tax return with a Schedule C, you will need to have the Home and Business version of the software for 2023.  

 

If you did purchase a lower version of TurboTax, you can upgrade within the product itself.  To do this, log back into your TurboTax program.  Select Help at the top of the screen.  Then, select Upgrade TurboTax.

 

 

Once you have done this, you will be able to enter your business income and expenses in the Business tab.
