Question

I received a 1095-C after filing my taxes two days ago. Does this form need to be added?

No, you do not have to add your Form 1095-C.  It is for informational purposes. 

 

Form 1095-C is a statement of health coverage offered to eligible employees. Sending out Form 1095-C has been required since the 2015 tax year but you do not have to report it on your taxes. 

 

You should keep it with your tax records.
