I received an email that my refund was on its way and would be deposited into my account within the next business day. That was a week ago. I have not received my refund
I sent an email to the Tax Products Group address that was provided to inquire about my refund. The email came back as undeliverable. I am not satisfied at all with how my refund is being handled this year. I have never had a problem with my tax returns through Turbo Tax until this year. I would appreciate it very much if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible.
