I recieved an accepted NY state tax of 650 but was sent a paper stating that it was adjusted to 654. I still have not received the 654. What do I do?

I never recieved the 650. It was adjusted to 654. I'm not sure what to do as this all was adjust more than a month ago. When should I expect this refund?

Once your return is accepted for processing by the IRS and/or State TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return and/or release of your refund.
