I use the app to file my taxes but as soon as I paid. There was no status on my work

I want a refund of the payments I did on line

Paying your fees did not file your tax return. Did you go all the way through the FILE section and click that big orange button that said "Transmit my returns now?" If you did not do that, then you did not e-file. You will need to go back into the software to complete the task of e-filing.
