I used this to file my daughter's taxes. She needs her tax info for FAFSA but it's not here? Where is her tax info? Only mine (Lisa Crummel) is here in "my docs" not hers

I used turbo tax do my taxes, as well as my daughter's, however only my taxes are in "my docs" and she needs her info asap for FAFSA. Why are hers not here, and how can I get them? There appears to have been a typo in the address used for her taxes because she cannot recover them from the IRS for "not matching up with their records" regardless of what address we use. We need to see the EXACT address used to file her taxes, down to the letter.

TT Online is only good for one return per account. Unless you set up a second account for her return, you overwrote whichever return you did first.

However, use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If none of the user ID's received will access your 2015 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "I don't know my email address or user ID"
