I used to use turbo tax exclusively but my taxes are more complicated so I dropped them off at a competitor on February 17 and they still haven’t completed them. Help!!!

Help how?   TurboTax cannot intervene with the "competitor" you went to.   Did they file your returns?   Do you want to cancel your service with them---did you sign anything or pay them anything?   Do you have copies of all your tax documents to start over with TurboTax?

When you use desktop software, there is an additional fee to e-file a state return.  You can avoid that fee if you print, sign and mail the state return.
