I used Turbotax to file for my 2023 tax. I have later amended it and filed CP2000. Therefore it was not affected in Turbotax, what should I do in this case?

Since you responded to the CP2000 notice directly with the IRS, you don't need to make any changes in TurboTax on your federal return.

However, depending on what adjustments were made with the CP2000, you may need to amend your state return to incorporate the changes. Click here for instructions on how to amend your state return.

If the changes affected any carryforwards such as credits or deductions, you'll need to manually update those carryforwards when you file your 2024 return.
