I purchased the Max bundle and filed taxes as Married filing jointly. How do I set upID Notify account for my spouse? never received email for them to setup their account

    Hello,

     

    I was able to create an account for myself however my husband never received an email to create his account. We filed taxes as "married filing jointly."  The link which you provided gives instructions based on receiving an email, but what do you do if one person didnt receive an email? How is my husband supposed to set up his account?
