If Had a wire transfer to my intuit turbo tax card. It was cleared and confirmed. turbo/green dot bank doesn't know where the money is and say they never received it?

TurboTax Online

TurboTax no longer even issues those cards. You need to call the 800 number on the back of your card to sort out the issue with the bank. No one in this user forum can help with a transaction on your card that you must have now had for several years.

I've used it for my direct deposit for work up utill last October and never had a issue. And there isn't even a 800 number on the back of my card. And if they no longer issue this card why is this site even a thing? It's a INTUIT turbo tax card???

TurboTax stopped issuing those cards several years ago and now uses Credit Karma cards. I found this information in my notes from a few years ago.
