If I already received my federal refund. Why don't I receive my state refund also.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.

As for your address----the address on a tax return is entered by the user in MY INFO. Did you enter a wrong or old address? You are supposed to check your return for accuracy before you file it.
