if i took a disaster relief in 2020, and already filed my form 8915 2 years ago, do i have to continue to report it?

i amended the return paid the fees and its been 2 years since. wondering if i still have to keep clicking yes on the disaster relief question

No.  If you have fully paid the fees and it is all taken care of, you do not need to say yes on future returns.
