In correct amount shown on Welcome page after submitting payment for federal and state tax.

After i completed the payment for Federal and State, the Total amount below the "Congrats! Taxes done" message do not align.

Federal tax that was due was 2399 and state was 1521, instead there is a figure of 5441 underneath the "Congrats! Taxes done" message. I also see that if i add 1521 twice, with 2399, i get the figure of 5441. Why is the page on Turbo tax showing this inflated amount?

At the end Turbo Tax just shows you the net federal and state combined. But that is only for your info. You will still get the full refund and you need to pay a tax due. Or pay both tax due.

Oh I missed that the state was added twice. That is weird. Check your actual tax returns. How to contact Turbo Tax
