Question

Interest Income statement shows $1.16. When I look later it has been changed to $500+ Why?

Why was my interest Income figure changed from what is on my Consolidated Tax Statement?

Interest can come from other places like a K-1 or 1099Div.  Look at all the lines in the 1099INT & 1099DIV sections.

 

Did you import any 1099 forms from your broker, fund, or bank, etc.?  Like if you imported a 1099R it might have imported all the 1099 forms from that place in addition to you manually entering them.
