No. Born/raised here. I did taxes, no 3rd party, hubby's social in 2 places on letter, can't find letter on IRS website... thinking it could be a scam. I thought they never corresponded with full social on unsecured mailed letters... hmmm. Recent scamming?

Is there a form or letter number on the top of the letter?

It is similar, but not exact. Address is in Andover, MA. BODC: WI (we live in IL). Nothing to cut or "attach". Include this letter when corresponding. (Why?) Is there a way to see if the numbers given are legit? They appear to be.
