Question

It does not show me a way to change the account my direct deposit will be going into. It autofilled with an account I no longer have, how do I change it?

I have gone through the quick answer guides but wherever it says I can enter my account information there is already an account entered and it's not editable

You cannot  change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted.  The IRS does not allow it.
