It says i got my 2023 tax return but i never received it in my bank account. what do i do?

What is the "it" that is doing the saying?    The TurboTax program doesn't get feedback from the IRS after the IRS processes your return and won't know if you received the funds or not.

 

What is displayed for 2023 refund status at the IRS "Where's My Refund" site?

https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund

 

Were the funds supposed to go directly from the IRS to your bank account, or did you choose to pay any TurboTax fees out of the Federal refund (which involves an intermediary bank?)
