I used ItsDeductible for year 2023 tax return as well as for previous years; however, when  I try to access ItsDeductible for tax year 2024 I received a message "user not found". I used the same email used in previous year.  WHAT THE HELL!

Many people do have multiple accounts without realizing it.  In any case, try this:

Go to the ItsDeductible log-in form, and leave it blank and scroll down a little bit to the blue link Try Something Else.   It will try to look you up by other parameters.   See if you can get in that way.

Oh, one other thing when doing that.   Occasionally someone who has already been logged into TurboTax then tries to go to ItsDeductible can end up in a loop due to the browser cache/cookies.

So before trying that maneuver above, log out of all Intuit/TurboTax accounts.   Clear your browser cache and history.   Close the browser and reopen it.

Then go to the ItsDeductible website and try to use the log-in method above.
