Lost Turbotax 2024 file upon a form print / how to recover?
While using Turbotax for 2024 MacOS Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81), I pulled up a Form 4868 to print and mail (not efile) an extension of time. Turbotax crashed and ALL DATA in the file disappeared! The *.tax2024 file was still there in a folder. But when I re-launched Turbotax after the crash, but it would only start a new return; all prior entered data in the file was GONE. I had not saved a version of my *.tax2024 elsewhere prior to the crash; the file was running from a Dropbox folder. Is there any way to recover the data and avoid reentering all over again?
