Mail Tax Return

Humans open the envelopes.   Then a human will enter your information into the system.  Your address and information are on the Form 1040 inside the envelope.  About 3 or 4 weeks after you mail a return you should be able to see information for your refund on the IRS refund site.

 TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
