Question

March 31 2025 filed my taxes still unable to print off my documents etc what up with that. Error message pops up saying Safari doesn't reoonize etc etc

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window
