Did you request to have your TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund?

The IRS sent the money to my bank on March 3rd. The bank has no record of the deposit. I would like to talk to an IRS representative to track the deposit and confirm the routing and account number. Is there a phone number to call to get help with locating the Tax Return or simply having them mail a check. I am concerned the Tax Return was deposited into someone else's account. Thank you

@Hopewell423 Did you request to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund?  If so,

 

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the $40 service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the $40 service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
