Question

My CPA needs my last 2 years tax returns. When I save them to my hard drive, they are saved as a zip file and are empty when I open them. How do I fix?

I just need the PDF version of my last 2 years returns. I thought I had them saved but the file is empty

TurboTax Online

If you prepared them using TurboTax online then you can log in to your TurboTax account and look at all the returns you have filed and print them from there.

If you used the desktop program then you will need to load the software for the year that you are trying to print and open the return that way. Then you can print a pdf from there.
