Question

My downloaded copy is black background white letters and I need to send it to someone . How can I reverse it to look like a regular copy?

My granddaughters changed my theme and now pictures are like strange negatives also I tried changing wallpapers but not working . All my apps odd colors too

The problem has nothing to do with TurboTax. You have to change the theme back to what it was before. Ask your granddaughters to change it back.


The downloaded copy might actually be okay. It might only be white on black on your computer or device. Try printing one page on paper and see if it prints okay. Or send it to someone else and ask them if it looks normal.

Under Settings, search "Color"

You will see what has to be done.
