Question

My refund was accepted February 10th. I have not received my refund and the refund tracker has not updated since it was "accepted". What happened?

I am receiving the eitc, but should have still received my refund by now. I opted in to the 5 days early through TurboTax and am using credit karma direct deposit which I utilized last year without any issues.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
