A Form 8962 is generated by the TurboTax program only after you have entered the Form 1095-A you received from one of the state marketplace exchanges and the amount shown in column B of the form was also entered.

If you entered the Health Insurance information correctly and the program still does not generate a Form 8962, then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance. Support is closed on the weekends after tax season.

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -
