Need previous year (2023) TurboTax file

The PC containing my 2023 TTax files and backups of returns died in August 2024. There were no backups elsewhere. The return was e-filed through TTax. I secured a transcript from IRS of the 1040. But what I don't have is the ability to transfer all my relevant 2023 information to my 2024 TurboTax. Is there any way TTax can provide my original ".tax2023" file?

If you used desktop software downloaded/installed from a CD to your own computer, then the tax files are stored locally on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive. They are not stored online. If you cannot recover them due to a hard drive failure, etc. you can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $30 an actual copy of your tax return.
