Need to amend my Washington state and California state taxes. I shouldn't have filed in Washington state and should have filed in California state. How do i amend both?

How did you file a Washington state tax return? Washington has no state income tax.

Are you saying that you did not file in California? Amending means making changes to a tax return that you filed. If you did not file a California tax return, then you have nothing to amend. You just file your California tax return now.
