On the TurboTax page that asks about refunds: 'TELL US ABOUT YOUR REFUND' , should I include the Oregon kicker refund in TOTAL OF ALL YOUR PAYMENTS AND WITHOLDING?

Turbo Tax does not explicitly address kicker refunds for this question: 'Total of all your payments and withholding' . Please advise. Thank you

Yes it should be included.

  • The "kicker" is treated like a state income tax refund. 
  • This will apply if you itemized in 2023
