Paid FICA taxes from previous years.

Hi all,

I became a resident alien in 2023 but I wasn't aware of it until 2024. When I found out about it in 2024, I told my employer and my employer deducted the 2023 taxes from by paychecks in 2024. Now I am filing my 2024 taxes, do I just file normally or do I need to do something about that amount?

If I don't need to do anything this year, do I need to amend previous year's taxes?

No, FICA taxes are not filed on the tax return (unless you were self-employed). They are filed with the Social Security Administration. Your employer handled it so there is nothing else for you to do.
