I owe Federal taxes. I'd like to set up a long term plan. The amount I owe doesn't show on the IRS site, yet, and I am not able to set up a plan (according to the site). Am I doing something wrong or do I need to wait until my balance is reflected? I'd like to go ahead and set up a plan, if possible, to take care of my balance.
