Rejected filed State Tax tax return
Hi, I filed my taxes a few days ago and paid $263 for the TurboTax Live Assisted Premium subscription. A specialist helped me prepare my documents, and I successfully submitted my return. However, the next day, I received an error saying, "Your 2024 return needs attention." It also shows the wrong refund amount.
The issue is with my State Tax. I live in Portland, Oregon, but TurboTax mistakenly duplicated my Oregon and Portland taxes as separate entries. My Portland tax was rejected, which makes sense, but my total refund is still incorrect.
I’ve spoken with three TurboTax employees, and we determined that the issue is on TurboTax's end. Now, when I try to resubmit, the buttons don’t work. I also shared my screen with support, cleared my cache, and tried different browsers, but the problem persists. Can you please help fix this?
