Residential Clean Energy tax credits

The instructions I’ve read mention Solar Panels and 3kW batteries. Is it safe to assume this also includes the charge controller (between the panels and batteries) and the inverter (to bring the battery voltage to 120 VAC) ?

    Can you clarify, are you asking if the price can be included in a new purchase or was this replacement parts that occurred in a different year?
