Return Not Found by IRS

I got a "Your federal tax return was accepted by IRS" notice from Trubotax, but the IRS could not locate my return. I tried to check the Refund status with the accurate required data, but the IRS says the record is not available. Has anyone gotten a similar message? Turbotax has no life agent to answer this question. My local office has no life agent to answer questions by phone. Where do I go from here?

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund. Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
