    In order to see if your payment has been received, you would need to contact your state's Department of Revenue. If you have specific questions about your tax account, please call 617-887-6367 or toll-free in Massachusetts 800-392-6089.
    DOR's customer service call center hours for tax help are 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
