Why does the state not show refund accepted if Turbo tax says it was. On the Colorado site, it says to "Your return has not been received. Please confirm submission and receipt status with your software or tax preparer"

Sometimes there's a delay on the state sites, but if it's showing accepted on your TurboTax home page, then it was in fact submitted and accepted by the state.

You can also contact Support to confirm the that your return was submitted, because your identification must first be verified before that information can be shared.
