Oh my goodness, this is pure torture at this point. It took a week to prepare this year's taxes and being rejected due to an unavailable form that was NOT within the program. 2/19 accepted, 3/5 approved, 3/12 deposit date.... Nothing has been sent..... And now I'm not able to access anything and it's not anywhere....
