Still waiting on Colorado return

I'm still waiting on my Colorado refund. My return was accepted on Feb 7th and has been stuck on "processing". I already received my federal refund. Is this normal?

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
