Substantially lower N.Y. Tax Return

I filed my taxes I was expected to get $2,700 from NYS. However I did rounded dollar figures so my state was audited, I sent in the requested information which outlined everything perfectly and showed my income perfectly. I do not owe anything in New York State. Yet I just received $612. This is nowhere close to what turbo tax states I would receive based on my numbers or anything.

i also recently amended my returns because we forgot my wife’s W2 from a job (which came late, we are due even more money via state and federal. Now I’m wondering what’s going to happen with this, this seems beyond corrupt!
