Hi, I am an F1 International Student and a Non-US citizen. I have filed my taxes by mistake by using TurboTax free edition. Afterwards I got it know that a non-US citizen cannot file their taxes in TurboTax free edition website. Now, what is the best solution to do it Immediately.

If you need to file Form 1040-NR, attach the complete tax return to Form 1040-X with an explanation in Part II.

you can leave all the lines 1-23 EMPTY.

I can see the option In TurboTax Website as Amend by Using TurboTax Online I have Done In that way is it fine?

Usually you can efile an amended return but there are some exceptions. If your return was e-filed, great! If you have confirmation of the filing, then you are good.

You need to file the non-resident form with Sprintax.
