This error is that the Primary Taxpayer date of birth, in STEP 4, does not match the IRS record.

 

  • Make sure you enter the correct birth date, in the correct format, in the correct space.
  • The IRS receives Date of Birth (DOB) information from the Social Security Administration (SSA).
