I was a customer for numerous years. Now this year they conned me into using Turbotax Live. Didn't want that. I have a BS in Accounting, didn't need or want the extra service. Not wasting 2 more hours of my time redoing my taxes. Now I can't find a way to un-click the $35 5 day early fee. So hope you are happy with your extra $135 you got out of me. You have lost a loyal customer for life so good business decision there. Proud of you.

I tried numerous ways to contact someone with Intuit to resolve the issue by phone. No luck. Will be moving on I guess from Turbotax for the next 30 years.
