This TGP products shorted me $276.6 on my refund

I was supposed to get $1148 and only received $871.40. I even went to the IRS website and it confirmed my refund was $1148. I need to know where my missing money is! I don’t need the response about possible IRS refund reductions because I don’t have any of those situations.
