Tt states cross river bank withdrew fees for turbo tax. Then said there was an issue with depositing my money and it was sent in the mail. Still haven't heard check. Was it sent to me or back to irs?

The check was mailed to the address that you put on your tax return. If it can't be delivered to that address then it will be sent back to the IRS.
