TurboTax app amount says $716, amount is $749 in the where’s my refund app and under fees deducted on the turbo tax site it shows $714. Is this why I’m still processing

If you're able to see your return at the Where's My Refund? link, your return is in the IRS computer.

If it says 'Processing' the IRS has not yet approved your return.

We at TurboTax wouldn't know why that is, though. Keep checking the IRS link for the most accurate info.
