TurboTax doesn't recognize my bank: Fidelity Bank?

I want to use the "Bring it over from my bank" option to upload my mortgage info, but Fidelity Bank isn't recognized

    If your bank is not on the list of  TurboTax Import Partners you will not be able to import it; instead, you will need to choose a different uploading method. See link below for further instructions 

     

    How do I import my 1099s?

     

    ** Keep in mind Fidelity has different branches. Make sure that your specific bank is within the list.
